Bikini Boss Miami: Return & Refund Policy


Looking for a flawless fit? We understand that sometimes shopping online requires a little extra reassurance. 

Here at Bikini Boss Miami, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.


Returns & Exchanges:

You can return or exchange your eligible Bikini Boss Miami swimwear within 30 days of receiving your order.

Here's how it works: Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! Simply send your unworn and unwashed

swimwear with the original tags attached back to us.


Received a defective product? We're so sorry! Contact our friendly customer service team at support@bikinibossmiami.com and we 

will gladly arrange a return for a full refund or exchange.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days),we will process your refund according to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Return Shipping Costs:

Dissatisfied with your purchase? You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Received a defective product? Bikini Boss Miami will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.


Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply include a note with your desired exchange in your return package. 


We'll do our best to fulfill your request based on availability.
Exchange shipping costs: Bikini Boss Miami will cover the shipping cost to send you the exchanged item.


How to Return:

Contact Us: Before returning your item, please send an email to support@bikinibossmiami.com with your order number and reason for return. 

We'll provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package.


Pack Your Return: Carefully package your unworn and unwashed swimwear with the original tags attached. 

Include the return authorization number (RAN) on the outside of your package.


Important Notes:

Items that are worn, washed, or have removed tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear bottoms with a hygiene liner removed are not eligible for return or exchange for sanitary reasons.


All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
